| What do I do if I have moved to a new address WITHIN Clay County or changed my name? |

| A voter can file a change of address or name at any registration site, by mail; fax or procrastinators
can do so at the polls on Election Day. A change to a voters record must be in writing and include each voter's signature.
Please see sample form. It is suggested to make these changes prior to Election Day; if your move changes your precinct you
will be sent to the new precinct in order to vote. You may vote one time under a previous name. RSMO 115.279, 115.167
